If you want advice or have a question about our services, you can speak to us in person at one of our Community Drop-In sessions
we are In Bridgwater Library from 10 am-12 pm and 1 pm-2pm, we have sessions that will give you the chance to speak with a Customer Adviser who will act as the point of contact for your local community.
They can:
– answer questions about your bill
– refer you for support if you are struggling to pay your bill
– provide advice on saving water and avoiding blockages
– answer questions about water quality, plumbing and drainage.
